Each month, our team will schedule a visit to your property, managing both ongoing and seasonal maintenance tasks to keep your home in excellent condition.
Your $250/month preventative maintenance subscription includes:

February
Descale dishwasher and clean
out drain filter
Inspect humidifier water panel. Descale as needed.
Inspect faucet aerators. Clean/replace as needed.
Test and tighten all knobs, handles and hinges throughout the house
Inspect under all sinks for evidence of water issues/damage
Monitor softener salt and furnace filter. Fill/replace as needed.

March
Clean filter in tankless water heaters
Clean condensation lines from heat exchanger, furnace, humidifier, etc…
Inspect humidifier water panel. Descale as needed.
Test all drains. Clean out drain lines and adjust stoppers as needed.
Visually inspect attic for pests and water damage
Monitor softener salt and furnace filter. Fill/replace as needed.

April
Test sump pump. Inspect sump basin for issues. (inspect unsealed basins only) Address odors if present.
Inspect humidifier water panel. Descale as needed.
Inspect & clean gutters (Includes 100 feet of gutter under “normal” conditions not exceeding 22’ above ground)
Visual inspection of roof & f
