MEET OUR TEAM

William Roman

Owner


William Roman is an industrious man. Always a hard worker and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.


In 2006, he began his career in construction working for a commercial air conditioning company. In 2010, William started his own HVAC company in Southern California.


In 2015, William opened a second company with his fiancee Amanda, which was the beginning of a new chapter of commercial contracting. This led to building 9 commercial locations including entertainment venues such as escape rooms and arcades, food venues and wellness clinics.


William and Amanda moved to Arizona in 2020, selling their businesses. William then started William's Handyman Services, putting 18 years of expertise to work to create comfortable place for you and your family to enjoy.


William Thomas

Technician


William Thomas is the nephew of William Roman. He started his plumbing practice working for a family friend while in high school.


In 2012 he continued plumbing and expanding his skills through 2020.


Billy has always done handyman-esque jobs for friends and family such as remodeling his grandmother's bathroom and sanding the cabinets at his father's house.


Billy moved to Arizona in 2021 following his uncle continuing to work in the family for the handyman business.

Each month, our team will schedule a visit to your property, managing both ongoing and seasonal maintenance tasks to keep your home in excellent condition.

Your $250/month preventative maintenance subscription includes:

ONE two-hour visit each month addressing monthly service items


Up to twelve FREE 40 lb. bags of softener salt per year

Your dedicated handyman ​will spend 2 hours ​addressing items on the ​monthly menu of services. ​Each home is unique so ​the amount of extra time ​available for extra tasks ​will vary from month to ​month. (additional time ​can be added at the ​preferred homeowner’s ​rate of $90/hr)

  • Each month, your ​water softener will be ​monitored and filled ​with premium salt as ​needed.
  • This plan includes ​monthly inspections of ​your home’s exterior ​addressing minor ​issues such as caulk ​repairs, vents cleared, ​insects, wasp nests, etc.
